What are the responsibilities and job description for the Task Manager Master position at RWD Consulting, LLC?
The Task Manager Master will have 5-10 years as an active Task Manager, leading/managing a team of professionals to include Subject Matter Experts in support of the DoD, DHA information and technology, simulation, and acquisition program management office(s). Highly qualified candidates will maintain responsibility for the execution of the contract and delivery of the services and are responsible for the support and oversight with hiring/interviewing candidates with the appropriate skills, upkeep of skill set for supporting legacy products, modernization efforts, and other tasks to meet the Organization's Mission, Vision, and Strategic goals.
Candidates will have
- An active secret clearance at the time of application
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail.
- The ability to work with the customer and contractor personnel proactively to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items and ensure conformance with program task schedules.
