What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chip Spinner/Material Handler position at RW Screw LLC?
Stock keeper/Material Handler :
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to:
- Runs multiple parts washing and sorting equipment.
- May operate a variety of machinery in finishing and preparing parts prior to packing and shipping.
- Maintains accurate records of raw material and stock/parts received and issued to assure accurate accounts of material/parts used.
- Places stock/parts in prescribed rack locations and operates equipment necessary to prepare and fill stocking requirements.
- Prepares necessary documents.
- May assist with loading and unloading trucks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 years of experience in a precision machining environment.
- Ability and willingness to cross-train on other machine platforms in the shop will grow your individual talents and flexibility.
- Usually requires above average physical effort.
