Position Title
Project Manager- IFS/ERP
Reports To
VP of Project Management
Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of customer engagements throughout the implementation lifecycle of enterprise business applications. Working closely with customers, Solution Architects, Consultants, Developers, and internal stakeholders, this role provides overall project leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.
This position is ideal for an experienced, customer-focused project management professional who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment and is passionate about delivering successful business transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of customer implementation projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, risk registers, and project documentation.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in accordance with the agreed Statement of Work (SOW).
- Facilitate project meetings, customer status reviews, steering committee meetings, and project communications.
- Monitor project performance and proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and resource constraints.
- Ensure project governance standards and documentation are maintained throughout each engagement.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication, effective stakeholder management, and successful project execution.
Financial & Commercial Management
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, invoicing, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project profitability and earned value metrics while ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
- Review and manage change requests, project scope adjustments, and commercial impacts.
- Escalate financial, contractual, or delivery risks where appropriate and recommend practical solutions.
Leadership & Business Support
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Developers, and customer stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to Associate Project Managers and other project team members.
- Support business development activities, customer presentations, conferences, trade shows, and strategic initiatives, as required.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve project delivery processes, methodologies, and customer outcomes.

- A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent planning, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, project governance, and Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
Experience leading ERP implementation projects and enterprise business applications, particularly IFS Cloud, is highly desirable.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of five years' experience managing enterprise software implementation projects within a consulting or technology environment.
- Minimum of two years' experience working with ERP solutions, preferably IFS Cloud. Experience with Oracle, SAP, Infor, or similar ERP platforms will also be considered.
- Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex technical environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to quickly understand business challenges and develop practical, customer-focused solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States or the United Kingdom.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as business needs require.
