Business Analyst- Service Maintenance

Duties

• Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data related to service maintenance activities using tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and business intelligence report generation tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with sales management systems teams to extract insights from Salesforce Cloud and other sales analytics & reporting tools for process enhancement.
• Utilize Visio for process mapping and workflow visualization to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Conduct quantitative analysis including VLOOKUP functions and other Excel data analysis techniques to support forecasting, sales management, and operational planning.
• Assist in the development of dashboards that visualize maintenance trends, service performance metrics, and sales analytics for executive review.
• Support project management initiatives aimed at process improvement within service maintenance operations by coordinating cross-functional teams.

Skills

• Proficiency in business analysis tools including Tableau, Power BI, Visio, and Salesforce Cloud.
• Strong data interpretation skills with the ability to analyze large datasets for actionable insights.
• Expertise in sales management systems proficiency and sales analytics & reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP function, data analysis techniques, and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation to support comprehensive analysis efforts.
• Experience with business intelligence platforms for report generation and visualization purposes.
• Ability to apply data-driven decision making principles within a fast-moving operational environment.
• Excellent analysis skills with a focus on quantitative analysis, forecasting, and process optimization.
• Strong project management capabilities with an emphasis on process improvement initiatives within service maintenance contexts.
