Fin & Crab is looking for an energetic and experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house team in the heart of Charleston, SC. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, coach, and motivate floor staff including servers, hosts, and bussers
- Manage table flow, reservations, and seating to maximize efficiency and guest experience
- Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth communication and timely service
- Monitor staff performance, conduct pre-shift meetings, and enforce service standards
- Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and daily reporting
Requirements:
- 2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent guest relations and conflict resolution abilities
- Solid understanding of FOH operations, POS systems, and table management software
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Food Handler Certification or ServSafe certification preferred
- Positive, professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality
