Job Summary
The Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the field technicians, office staff and customers. This position is responsible for scheduling, job completion, data entry and answering the phone.

Rustic Fire Protection is family owned and operated. We have been in business for over forty years. Our service department consists of two divisions; Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler. We currently service thousands of properties within the MA. and RI. region and are continuing to expand.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with field technicians
- Scheduling inspections
- Coordinate with Fire Departments and Water Departments, when necessary
- Pull permits when necessary
- Answering the phone to assist customers
- Setting up new customers and entering information into in-house database
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Two years of dispatch experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortability with computer and telephone
- Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Skills:
- MS Office Suite
- Microsoft Excel is highly preferred
- Service Trade, Build Ops, or other E.R.P. system, highly preferred
Additional Information:
- Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
- No on call
- No weekends

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
