What We’re Looking For:
Russett Management is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our office in Ardmore, OK. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the administrative services function. This role involves performing clerical, administrative, record-keeping, and other administrative support functions as assigned.
Responsibilities:
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls and transfer calls to appropriate parties.
· Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner, and direct inquiries to the appropriate individuals.
· Receive packages, pick-up mail and distribute accordingly.
· Prepare documents, memos, letters, reports and correspondence.
· Maintain and organize filing systems, both digital and paper, and manage databases. Convert old paper records to digitized format.
· Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in records and documentation.
· Order office supplies, manage inventory and research new deals and suppliers.
· Maintain contact lists and manage office equipment including printers and copiers.
· Provide general support to staff members and act as the point of contact for the office.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· High School diploma or equivalent required.
· Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant or similar role.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
· Strong typing and data entry skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Professional and courteous demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
· Dependability, punctuality and reliability.
· Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Physical Requirements
· Constant use of computer screens
· Ability to operate a computer keyboard and mouse, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see and hear.
· Intermittenly standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching.
· Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday.
· Long periods of typing and repetitive motion.
· Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 30 pounds.
Compensation:
The approximate compensation range for this position is $35,000 to $45,000 per year. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience and skill set.
Benefits:
· 5 days paid vacation in first year of employment, 10 days paid vacation per year after completion of first year (not including holidays: Memorial, Labor, Good Friday, Christmas, Thanksgiving and day after, New Years, or 4th of July).
· Company healthcare plan, employer pays 50% of premium.

· End of year bonus based on performance
· ½ home-grown beef or 1 lamb per year, processing costs paid by employee
