Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Event Marketing professional with a strong background in event strategy, project management, and experiential marketing to support the Americas Regional Event Marketing Team.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, identify innovative activation opportunities, and help shape the events pipeline. You will translate business objectives into compelling, experience-led event strategies while delivering best-in-class attendee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance for the Americas events pipeline, including:
- Experience design
- Activation concepts
- Content amplification opportunities
- Audience engagement strategies
- Lead and project manage 10 mid-to-high complexity events annually, including:
- Project planning and execution
- Budget management
- Creative and content development
- Experiential activations
- Cross-functional coordination
- Amplification strategies
- Partner with stakeholders to develop detailed Event Briefs aligned with key business and commercial priorities.
- Maintain visibility across the broader Global Events Calendar to identify opportunities for:
- Cross-collaboration
- Event synergy
- Content syndication

Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in:
- Event Marketing
- Experiential Marketing
- Brand Activations
- Corporate Events
- Prior people management experience is a plus, but not required.
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams at all organizational levels.
- Comfortable working in a global, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Willingness to travel for in-person events and activations (approximately 20%).
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including OneDrive
- Experience with event technology platforms such as Cvent
