As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in supporting corporate hiring across a variety of business functions in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Source, engage, and assess qualified candidates for a variety of corporate roles
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer
• Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure a strong, positive candidate experience
• Communicate clearly with candidates regarding interview feedback and next steps
• Use recruiting data and metrics to track performance and optimize sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3 years of experience recruiting for corporate roles
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement experience
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for delivering a high-quality candidate experience
