Job Title: Sr. Marketing Manager 
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-month contract (potential for extension)

Pay Range: $45 to $50/hr W2

About the Role:
Fortune 10 company looking for an experienced Marketing Manager III to join a strategic team driving US Latin music growth and marketing initiatives. This role is a fantastic opportunity to shape marketing strategies, collaborate with top industry stakeholders, and work on high-visibility campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies for US Latin music growth.
Collaborate with labels, artists, and internal teams (analytics, marketing) to launch integrated campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to shape marketing decisions and measure campaign performance.
Manage relationships with senior leadership and contribute to strategic growth initiatives in the Latin music market.

Must-Have Qualifications:
6-7 years of experience in marketing management.
Proven track record in Hispanic/Latin music marketing or related entertainment fields.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics.
Experience running and managing integrated marketing campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.

Nice to Have:
Consulting experience.
Familiarity with large tech or media platforms.
Experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
