Service Desk Agent – Contract Opportunity
📍 Location: Alpharetta, GA
📅 Duration: 6-12-month contract
💲 Pay: $21/hour
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We're seeking a Service Desk Agent with 6 months to 2 years of experience (internships count!) to join the team of a leading investment banking firm.
Ideal Candidate:
✔ Recent grad with a Bachelor.
✔ Experience or internship.
✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
✔ Preference for candidates with at least one of the following criteria:
• College Degree
• Previous contact center experience
What You’ll Do:
• Provides investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems
• Installs, modifies, cleans up, run diagnostic programs and repairs computer hardware/ peripherals and software
• Handle incoming phone calls regarding various customer service inquiries on Morgan Stanley accounts.
• Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
