🚨 Regulatory Reporting Associate | Broker-Dealer | $44/hr | Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid) | Temp-to-Perm
Looking for a Regulatory Reporting Associate with strong broker-dealer experience to support SEC & CFTC reporting in a fast-paced financial services environment.
This is a 12-month contract with clear temp-to-perm potential — ideal for someone who can step in and contribute immediately across core regulatory reporting functions.
💼 What you’ll be doing:
• Preparing and reviewing SEC & CFTC regulatory reports
• Ensuring accurate, timely submission of required filings
• Partnering cross-functionally to gather, validate, and analyze financial data
• Supporting Net Capital (15c3-1) and Customer Reserve (15c3-3) reporting
• Assisting with CFTC / FCM filings
• Monitoring and adapting to evolving regulatory requirements
• Supporting audits and regulatory examinations
• Maintaining and enhancing internal controls
• Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiency
🎯 What we’re looking for:
• 5 years of broker-dealer regulatory reporting experience
• Hands-on experience with:
– SEC Rule 15c3-1 (Net Capital)
– SEC Rule 15c3-3 (Customer Reserve)
– CFTC / FCM reporting
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Experience with financial reporting tools/systems
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic regulatory environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
