Position: Recruiting Coordinator – Contract

📍 Location: Hartford, CT

📅 Duration: Contract with possible extension or conversion

💲 Pay: $22.00/hour (W2)

You’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent candidate and new-hire experience while working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business partners.

🔍 Who We’re Looking For:

✔ College graduates or professionals with 2 years of relevant experience

✔ Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

✔ Experience with recruiting, coordination, or HR support is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the Workday ATS

• Strong Outlook calendaring and scheduling experience

• Experience in a recruiting firm or corporate recruiting team

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and schedule a high volume of candidate interviews

• Communicate with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers

• Manage interview logistics, including calendars, conference rooms, and travel

• Provide timely, customer-focused support to internal and external partners

• Support a smooth and positive candidate and new hire experience

• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and tools
