Our recruiting team manages thousands of candidates weekly and works closely with hiring managers to fill open roles. Recruitment Coordinators manage interviewer rosters, coordinate with candidates, schedule interviews, and gather feedback. Their role in the hiring pipeline is essential and demands efficiency and strong organizational skills.
Engineering Recruitment Coordinators are highly efficient, responsive, and detail-oriented. They exemplify proactive and thoughtful communication, closely follow standard operating procedures, and effectively manage multiple candidates and requisitions simultaneously. They build strong professional relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, HCM partners, stakeholders, and colleagues across the team.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
- Proactively and promptly support candidates, managers, and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong and professional communication throughout the coordination lifecycle
- Review and efficiently route resumes to the appropriate hiring managers
- Track assigned candidates, interview progress, and outstanding tasks with accuracy
- Adhere to established processes, maintaining a process-oriented mindset
- Work with agility and learn new aspects of the business as needed
- Multi-task efficiently while remaining calm and timely in task execution
Skills
Basic Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other MS Office applications
- High attention to detail and organizational strength
- Ability to learn new procedures quickly and adapt to change
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and tracking progress effectively
- Ability to collaborate with both local teams and global clients, internally and externally
Preferred Qualifications
