Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Pay: $28.00/hr. to $30.00/hr. based on location and experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

Location: Hybrid to Chicago, San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle

Contract Duration: 1-year contract

Company Overview:

Our client is a multinational transportation company that provides ride-hailing services, courier services, food delivery, and freight transport.

Responsibilities:

Manage scheduling for interview loops and other recruiting related events.

Provide knowledge about the business and be on point for HR related questions (i.e. benefits, comp, etc).

Running reports (some ad hoc) as needed.

Attend networking events, e-meetups, etc. and represent the client.

Work closely with the recruitment team to improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategy around finding top talent.

Minimum Qualifications:

1-2 years prior recruiting coordinator experience

Proven abilities with high volume calendaring

Strong communication skills and ability to pivot tasks as needed.

Minimum high school diploma. Degree preferred.
