Position: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)

Duration: 3 months with possible extensions

Pay rate: $20.00-24.00/hr on w2

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with a team of program managers in a fast-paced recruiting organization, our RC is an integral partner in managing intern program related activities ranging across onboarding, early career development, and offboarding, to engage and retain top diverse talent.
• This role is instrumental in shaping the future of our engagement programs, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the success of our early talent initiatives.
• This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with interns, managers and internal stakeholders, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.

Required Skills

• 1 years of admin or data entry experience
• Experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point
