Client is seeking a senior-level Program Manager with deep expertise at the intersection of artificial intelligence, product strategy, and large-scale consumer technology. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of leading end-to-end development and global launch of generative AI and LLM-powered products across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. This role requires experience operating in high-scale ecosystems (hundreds of millions to billions of users), driving strategic execution, and influencing product direction across engineering, product, UX, and research organizations.

The individual will own and drive execution of AI-first product initiatives, including model-enabled experiences, retrieval-augmented systems, and next-generation AI interfaces. They will be responsible for defining success metrics, establishing experimentation frameworks, and ensuring high-quality delivery of AI features from prototype through global release. Strong technical fluency in modern AI systems (LLMs, RAG pipelines, evaluation methodologies, and AI safety considerations) is essential, along with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling, user-centered product experiences.

This role demands exceptional leadership in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, with a bias toward action, structured thinking, and operational excellence. The right candidate will have successfully shipped production-grade AI products at scale and will bring a strong point of view on how AI can reshape core user experiences across consumer technology platforms.

Description:

As a Program Manager, you drive multiple programs reaching beyond your immediate team and organization. You proactively identify, organize, and drive program activities and stakeholders to successfully deliver business, operational, and technical improvements. You scope, phase, and drive ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges including delivering downstream change management, alongside your stakeholder team. You ensure alignment of senior cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders. You have advanced knowledge of the domain of your program.

Responsibilities include:

• Across multiple teams, independently define, drive, and own program charter(s) that address scope, and timeline, OKRs, resourcing and risks/dependencies of moderately complex programs. Translate ambiguous program goals into clear and measurable objectives/milestones. Determine the effective level of program management required of an initiative.
• Create project plans that break down a project into discrete phases aligned to the needs of stakeholders, include risks/dependencies and support proactive identification of program constraints.
• Independently determine program phasing and metrics that effectively address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship. Optimize regular checkpoints and metrics dashboards. Ensure stakeholders are aligned on rationale for program pivots.
• Independently design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications. Articulately represent the program across touchpoints.
• Anticipate change management requirements. Independently develop change management rollout plans for programs including impact analysis. Proactively drive pivots requiring change management, monitor progress of change management rollout, and resolve misalignments. Define future change management needs.
• Effectively build trusted relationships with senior program stakeholders to proactively enable effective decision making. Resolve prioritization misalignments with stakeholders. Proactively manage program escalations.
• Independently determine and collect data required to govern programs and effectively drive stakeholder decision-making. Independently maintain project trackers and status reports. Identify and execute on program tasks, including proactively managing dependencies, while incorporating Product Excellence values, Product Inclusion, and brand trust and reputation.
• Create automated processes to enhance velocity and monitoring. Define program governance structure by determining effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports. drive effective program stakeholder meetings.
