💲 Pay: $21–$23/hour
We're seeking an Account Representative with 6 to 2 years of experience (including internships) to join the team of a leading investment banking firm.
Ideal Candidate:
✔ Recent grad with a Bachelor(Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related) preferred.
✔ Experience or internship in banking, financial services, or customer support is highly preferred.
✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
✔ Preference for candidates with at least one of the following criteria:
• College Degree
• Previous contact center experience
What You’ll Do:
• Handle incoming phone calls regarding various customer service inquiries on the clients accounts.
• Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
