Probate Attorney

A growing Estate and Elder Law practice is seeking an experienced Estate & Trust Administration Attorney to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who enjoys leading a team, managing client relationships, and building an estate and trust administration practice within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee estate and trust administration matters, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery.
• Lead and mentor paralegals and other team members, fostering a collaborative and client-focused culture.
• Manage guardianship cases (non-contested).
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and referral sources to support ongoing business growth.
• Enhance and streamline internal processes to promote efficiency and consistency across the team.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in South Carolina (North Carolina or other neighboring state license a plus).
• 5–10 years practicing law, with at least 3 years of direct experience in estate and trust administration.
• Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with legal or case management software preferred.
• Positive, professional demeanor with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and maintain a supportive team atmosphere.
