One of our clients is looking for a PC LAN Technician to support a large-scale Desktop Refresh Program for the Judicial Branch by assisting with computer deployments, workstation setups, hardware replacements, and onsite technical support across Judicial Branch facilities throughout Maricopa County. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume technical deployment environment.

Job Title: PC LAN Technician

Location: Phoenix, AZ (100% Onsite)

Start Date: 06/15/2026 End Date: 12/30/2026

Duration: ~6 months contract

Pay Rate: $30/hour W2

What You’ll Do

• Deploy, configure, and replace Windows desktop and laptop computers across Judicial Branch facilities
• Perform workstation setup including monitors, docking stations, printers, and peripherals
• Image systems and assist with deployment and refresh activities
• Provide onsite technical support to judicial staff and end users during deployment activities
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Track inventory and update ticketing and asset management systems with completed work
• Follow deployment schedules, rollout timelines, and written technical procedures
• Support high-volume desktop refresh activities while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Document completed tasks accurately and escalate technical issues when needed
• Travel locally to various Judicial Branch locations throughout Maricopa County
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach while supporting users at all organizational levels
• Assist with cable management, workstation organization, and hardware installations as required

What They Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support, computer deployment, technical support, or related IT field
• Experience deploying and configuring Windows desktop and laptop computers
• Basic troubleshooting experience related to hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Experience setting up monitors, docking stations, printers, and workstation peripherals
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a deployment team
• Experience documenting completed work within ticketing systems
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment as required
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally throughout Maricopa County
• Experience with SCCM, MDT, Intune, Autopilot, or similar deployment tools is preferred
• Knowledge of Active Directory and basic networking concepts is preferred
• Previous enterprise, government, or public sector IT support experience is a plus
• Experience supporting desktop refresh or large-scale deployment initiatives preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Arizona driver’s license required or ability to obtain upon hire
