Pay Rate: $40–$44 per hour (W2)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Packaging / Graphic Designer to support a leading beauty and personal care brand within the Body Fragrance category. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role focused on creating commercially viable packaging and label designs for seasonal body mists and lotions.

The ideal candidate brings a modern, feminine, and sophisticated design aesthetic, strong technical execution skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on role requiring both conceptual thinking and production-ready design delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and visually compelling packaging and label designs for seasonal beauty and personal care collections.
• Translate fragrance concepts into packaging designs aligned with brand identity and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with internal design partners to evolve and execute concepts from ideation through final production.
• Clearly communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
• Interpret feedback quickly and deliver timely, high-quality revisions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver print-ready files and complete technical turnovers with exceptional attention to detail.
• Partner with external comp houses and vendors to produce accurate 3D prototypes and mock-ups.
• Stay current on beauty, fashion, and design trends, applying insights to packaging solutions.
• Maintain flexibility and adaptability as priorities evolve.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 7 years of experience in packaging and graphic design, preferably within beauty, fragrance, or personal care.
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging-focused design work (beauty experience highly preferred).
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
• Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and finishing techniques.
• Experience creating mock-ups and prototypes to visualize packaging concepts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid onsite environment.
