Pride Health is seeking candidates to fill several Lead Medical Technologist positions with our client's medical laboratory in Tulsa, OK.
Onsite Role
Title - Lead Medical Technologist
Location - Tulsa, OK
Permanent Position
Overnight (NOC) 3 x 12-hour shifts (Rotating holidays and weekends)
(Sign-on Bonus / Relocation):$5,000 sign-on bonus (if eligible)
$2,500 relocation assistance (if eligible)
Job Duties:
- Receive, verify, and process specimens and requisitions.
- Perform laboratory testing according to established procedures.
- Identify discrepancies, questionable results, and repeat testing as needed.
- Accurately document and report test results using laboratory information systems.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
- Assist team members during high-volume testing periods.
- Blood Bank (if assigned): Perform patient and component testing, manage blood component inventory, and issue blood products per protocol.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related biological/chemical science.
- One (1) year of high-complexity laboratory testing experience.
- National laboratory scientist certification from an approved agency.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
Additional Details:
- Blood Bank - Graduate from accredited program, ASCP MLS,
- Blood Bank (BB) certification, minimum 1 year experience
