Job Title: Marketing Project Manager

Location: Westminster, CO / Lake Oswego, OR

Schedule: Hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite preferred

Duration: 7 Month Contract

Pay Rate: $35–$40/hour (W2)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with diverse stakeholders across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage marketing projects from initiation through completion
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, Digital, Marketing Operations, and external vendors
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely delivery
• Drive process improvements and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular project status updates
• Support strategic planning and execution of marketing programs and campaigns
• Ensure projects align with business objectives and organizational priorities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5 years of project or program management experience
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and accountability
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and drive projects to successful completion

Preferred Experience:

• Background in marketing operations, campaign management, PMO, or strategic initiatives
• Experience improving processes, workflows, or project operations
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting methodologies
