Job Title: Marketing Project Manager
Location: Westminster, CO / Lake Oswego, OR
Schedule: Hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite preferred
Duration: 7 Month Contract
Pay Rate: $35–$40/hour (W2)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with diverse stakeholders across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage marketing projects from initiation through completion
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, Digital, Marketing Operations, and external vendors
- Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely delivery
- Drive process improvements and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular project status updates
- Support strategic planning and execution of marketing programs and campaigns
- Ensure projects align with business objectives and organizational priorities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5 years of project or program management experience
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and accountability
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and drive projects to successful completion
Preferred Experience:
- Background in marketing operations, campaign management, PMO, or strategic initiatives
- Experience improving processes, workflows, or project operations
- Familiarity with project management tools and reporting methodologies
