Job Title: Junior Controller
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Controller to support financial reporting, cost analysis, budgeting, and performance monitoring in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial reporting and variance analysis
- Support cost controlling and product costing
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting
- Work with ERP systems like SAP ERP
- Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (internships welcome)
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and ERP systems
Salary- $60K-$68K Base plus Bonus
