Junior Analyst – Investor Relations/Marketing Analytics

📍 Rowayton, CT (On-Site) | 💼 Full-Time | 💰 $75k–$100k Base

Join a leading alternative investment manager focused on systematic and discretionary macro strategies. This role supports key investor relations and marketing functions across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute core marketing initiatives and investor communications

• Maintain CRM data and support client reporting

• Track and analyze marketing and website engagement metrics

• Coordinate investor meetings, events, and conferences

• Collaborate across teams to produce client-facing materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree 1–3 years in financial services or marketing operations

• Strong Excel and communication skills

• Experience with CRM systems; marketing tools a plus

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines

• Series 3 required after hire
