Position – Investor Services Associate
Location: Rowayton, CT (on-site, Monday–Friday)
Salary Range: $120,000–$165,000 (plus discretionary bonus and benefits)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage investor operational due diligence, including DDQs, custom questionnaires, and follow-up queries.
- Coordinate responses and materials from internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
- Maintain investor-facing documents, operational materials, and standard templates.
- Support existing investor relationships and assist with new investor engagements.
- Prepare and follow up on meetings, including customized materials and internal briefings.
- Maintain investor data and diligence records in the CRM system.
- Attend investor meetings and calls as needed.
- Proactively suggest improvements to team processes and client service practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in alternative investments, ideally at a hedge fund.
- Knowledge of hedge fund structures, operations, and institutional due diligence.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to take ownership.
- Strong collaboration, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- (Preferred) Prior operational due diligence or client service experience at a hedge fund.
- Series 3 license required after joining.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary $120,000–$165,000, with discretionary annual bonus.
