Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee fund administrator investor relations activities, including review and validation of investor statements for accuracy and completeness
- Process and reconcile investor transactions, including subscriptions and redemptions, ensuring proper documentation and timely execution of capital activity
- Support month-end and quarterly close processes by reviewing statements, wire confirmations, asset summaries, and related reporting materials
- Maintain investor account data within CRM systems and ensure accuracy of investor records and reporting outputs
- Manage and maintain the investor portal/website, including content updates, user access setup, and troubleshooting investor issues
- Assist with regulatory reporting requirements and related documentation
- Support ad hoc and project-based initiatives including compliance projects, fund launches/restructures, and enhancements to investor reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative discipline with strong academic performance
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, fund administration, fund operations, or a related financial services role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong overall computer literacy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a data-intensive environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Strong organizational and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
Preferred / Additional Requirements:
- Series 3 license (or willingness to obtain; firm will sponsor)
- Experience working with investor portals, CRM systems, or fund accounting platforms
- Exposure to alternative investments, hedge funds, or quantitative strategies is a plus
