Job Title: Investment Operations Specialist
Pay Rate: $20 - $22.56/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST
Location:Milwaukee, WI 53212
Onsite Requirement: Hybrid — 3 days per week onsite
Conversion: FTE conversion expected for this role
Must-Have Qualifications
- Project Management Fundamentals: Experience assisting with planning, organizing, and tracking deliverables for new initiatives.
- Process Documentation: Skilled in creating SOPs, workflows, and project status reports.
- Stakeholder Communication: Comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Strategic Thinking & Detail Orientation
- Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
The Investment Operations Project Coordinator will support operational processes and project-related initiatives, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of operational duties within Investment Operations.
- Research and resolve operational and/or accounting exceptions, including issues requiring extensive review.
- Collaborate with Investment teams and other internal partners to resolve issues and maintain efficient service delivery.
- Ensure the accuracy of account statements, entries, and related information.
- Verify account balances, ensure totals are correct, and prepare necessary adjustments.
- Maintain and validate required documentation for assigned operational processes.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, including customer, broker, or employee requests.
- Conduct research to support special requests and operational needs.
