- Act as a subject matter expert to onboard new Wealth Investment vendors:
- Building out the appropriate EIM application functions and active directory groups
- Working with firewall team to white-list IP ranges and confirm successful communication
- Managing white-labeling of new vendor systems as required
- Learning the key configurations required to successfully stand-up the vendor application and services
- Provide deep expertise in at least one business area, domain for our Wealth Investment vendor applications with a broad understanding of business and domains.
- Manage successful vendor-initiated releases and internally or externally requested enhancements to our Wealth Investment vendor systems:
- Work cross-functionally to understand the proposed changes impacts
- Assures accurate implementation within the test and production regions as facilitated by creation of use cases, test cases and test step review
- Operate as a SME to identify any impacts of proposed changes and work with our DP, WBS and business partners were applicable to resolve issues with our vendors
- Occasionally contributes to the growth & development of the organization through actively sharing result & insights with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to the overall health of our applications through but not limited to:
- Working with our risk engineers on vendor detected vulnerabilities
- Creating and maintaining engineering disaster recovery plans
- Work as SMEs to resolve incidents within our Wealth Investment vendor applications
- Laise to our vendor contacts
