Description:

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Services Analyst to support pension administration services in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role will focus on onboarding new clients, analyzing pension plan data, and supporting system migration efforts.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, hands-on pension administration experience, and the ability to translate business needs into system requirements while collaborating cross-functionally with internal delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze pension plan documents and gather required data for pension administration
• Support onboarding of new clients and transition existing clients to new platforms
• Conduct discovery analysis to understand client requirements and historical processes
• Develop detailed system requirements for programming and implementation teams
• Execute and support system migration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Create and execute test plans, including identifying edge cases and validating system functionality
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on pension administration experience (non-call center, non-actuarial), including: Manual pension calculations, Processing election forms and setting up payments, Loading pension data into systems
• Experience in system implementation and requirements gathering
• Strong testing experience, including: Building test plans from scratch, Developing test cases and identifying edge scenarios
• Experience managing or supporting system migration projects
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to ask insightful questions
