We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee relations initiatives, payroll administration, onboarding, benefits coordination, and HR compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer payroll processing, timekeeping records, vacation/sick time tracking, and related documentation
• Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollments, eligibility changes, and terminations
• Coordinate leave administration, including FMLA, workers’ compensation, personal, and military leave
• Support recruitment efforts, including candidate tracking, interview coordination, and college job fairs
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, training programs, and internship initiatives
• Maintain HR records, employee files, HRIS updates, and I-9 compliance documentation
• Provide employee support regarding HR platforms, benefits, and company policies
• Conduct HR audits related to payroll, benefits, and compliance programs
• Partner with leadership to maintain updated job descriptions and support employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience
• Experience with ADP, HRIS systems, ADT, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making abilities
