Russell Tobin is seeking an Entry Level Financial Analyst to join our client’s Tax Operations team within a leading global financial services organization. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and compliance operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile cost basis and gain/loss data for client accounts
- Review and ensure accuracy of tax and regulatory reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Support testing, process improvements, and operational initiatives
- Manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Up to 2 years of experience in financial operations or analysis preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
