Job Title: Email Campaign Manager (Contract)
Location: Minneapolis, MN / Horsham, PA Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 6–8-month contract (with potential extension or conversion)
Pay Rate: $50–$53/hour (W2)
Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours with some flexibility
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Email Campaign Manager to support the execution and optimization of email marketing programs. This role will focus on managing campaigns from concept through deployment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and performance across all communications.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in working within fast-paced marketing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of email campaigns, including both scheduled and ad-hoc initiatives
- Partner with strategy, creative, and development teams to align campaign objectives and deliverables
- Manage creative-to-data mapping and ensure all assets are properly prepared for deployment
- Perform thorough QA reviews to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance
- Coordinate feedback and revisions across stakeholders and communicate updates clearly to execution teams
- Manage approval workflows and ensure campaigns meet all readiness and regulatory standards
- Track campaign timelines and ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
- Apply best practices related to email marketing, deliverability, and engagement
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management
- Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Experience executing email campaigns in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Solid understanding of email marketing fundamentals including segmentation, targeting, testing, and performance metrics
- Experience working with data-driven or dynamic email templates
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML for email
- Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
