Job Title: Email Campaign Manager

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Email Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of high-impact email marketing programs across multiple business lines, including bank, partner, and white-label channels.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the mechanics behind effective email campaigns, and can balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of email campaigns, from concept through deployment
- Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to align campaign objectives and messaging
- Manage creative-to-data mapping and ensure timely delivery of assets to development teams
- Conduct thorough QA reviews, gather stakeholder feedback, and communicate revisions clearly
- Oversee approval workflows and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards
- Monitor timelines, milestones, and campaign deliverables to ensure on-time execution
- Act as a subject matter expert on email marketing best practices and optimization strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Required Experience
- Proven experience in project and channel management within digital marketing
- Strong understanding of email marketing, including targeting, segmentation, messaging, A/B testing, deliverability, and performance metrics
- Experience working with dynamic, data-driven email templates
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing or related field
Preferred Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus
