🚨 Hiring: Accounts Payable Analyst
📍 Location: Johnston, IA (Hybrid)
• Must be within 50 miles of the office
• 3 days/week onsite for the first 3 months
• 2 days/week onsite after that
Pay Rate: $22-$24/hr.
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (30-min lunch)
📅 Duration: 6-month contract (potential to convert full-time)
We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to support supplier master data, compliance, and financial operations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across systems.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Audit and maintain supplier master data across systems (Oracle, etc.)
• Review and validate W9 forms and TIN details
• Manage banking information and vendor records
• Support 1099 processing and year-end reporting
• Research discrepancies and resolve system/data issues
• Maintain functional mailbox and support ongoing AP projects
✅ Required Skills:
• 5 years of experience in finance/AP
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Knowledge of IRS guidelines and 1099 processing
• Strong communication and attention to detail
⭐ Nice to Have:
• System migration experience
• Vendor/Supplier Master data experience
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
