Project Overview:
- The Content & Media Operations team is a cross-functional internal content production team that produces internal and external Help Center articles and visuals embedded in various Media platforms.
- This content resolves user issues and explains complex topics.
- As an Editorial & Content Communications Associate, you will oversee written Help Center articles from concept development to final delivery. You will write drafts, drive milestone completion, manage timelines, and communicate across multiple stakeholders to ensure high-quality projects are delivered on time.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent writing and project management skills.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Write, create, deliver, and manage written educational content.
- Support identification of appropriate presentation format, style, and design and ensure content accuracy.
Top Daily Responsibilities:
- Write support and educational Help Center articles for Media products.
- Manage the full lifecycle of written content projects.
- Develop and manage project timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial constraints.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., creative, marketing, legal) and external partners (e.g., production companies, agencies, creators) to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure all written content meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and legal requirements.
Minimum role qualifications requirement:
- 2 years of experience in journalism, public relations, internal or executive communications, or a related field.

Description:
- As an Editorial & Content Communications Associate, you use your foundational understanding of our editorial content strategy and development to deliver, edit, and/or write speeches, copies, and editorials, and create multimedia productions (e.g., graphic design, video) that are consumed by Global Communication teams, with some guidance from manager or senior team members.
- As you contribute to cross-project collaborations, you integrate corporate editorial and content processes, spanning regions and multiple stakeholders.
- Responsibilities include:
- Create and deliver "journalistic" articles and blog posts with some guidance, including researching, preparing for, and leading stakeholder (e.g., product managers) interviews to collect stories. Support identification of appropriate presentation format, style, and design and ensure content accuracy.
- Create and deliver social content with some guidance. Support identification of appropriate presentation format, style, and design and ensure content accuracy, develop social strategies based on data analytics and understanding of best practices.
- Create and deliver video and multimedia content with some guidance. Support identification of appropriate presentation format, style, and design and ensure content accuracy. Leverage and collaborate with third-party content providers (e.g., huge on the platform side and other internal or external creative partners such as a video production company) to deliver content as needed, with some guidance. Audit content from third-party providers with some guidance.
