Digital Content Producer
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Month Contract (Potential Extension/Conversion)
Pay Rate Range: $70 to $80/hr W2, depending on experience
Our client is seeking a Digital Content Producer to create, manage, and optimize content across social media, web platforms, and internal learning channels. This role combines content creation, social media management, platform administration, and content performance analysis to help strengthen brand awareness, community engagement, and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Create and publish engaging digital content including social posts, graphics, short-form videos, carousels, and multimedia assets.
- Manage content calendars and maintain a consistent publishing cadence across digital channels.
- Capture and edit content from events, leadership spotlights, and team activities.
- Adapt long-form content into platform-specific formats for maximum engagement.
- Manage social media channels, particularly LinkedIn, including publishing, audience engagement, and community growth.
- Monitor content performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, click-through rates, and follower growth.
- Develop reports and present content performance insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Publish and organize content within CMS, LMS, and internal content hubs.
- Structure learning content, modules, and pathways using content organization best practices.
- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG) and apply basic HTML/CSS formatting when needed.
- Collaborate with content strategists, designers, and cross-functional teams to align content with brand and communication goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve content performance through testing, optimization, and audience insights.
- 3-5 years of experience in Digital Content Production, Content Marketing, Social Media Management, Communications, or related fields.
- Experience managing brand social media channels, especially LinkedIn.
- Strong content creation skills across written, visual, and video formats.
- Experience using content creation and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms.
- Strong copywriting, editorial, and storytelling skills.
- Experience analyzing content performance and making data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting employer branding, design, technology, or corporate communications teams.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and internal content portals.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and basic HTML/CSS.
- Experience working with external agencies or content vendors.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital content optimization.
- Experience using AI-powered content creation tools.
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable engagement, audience growth, or content performance improvements.
