We’re looking for a Data Entry Clerk to support a major company in the music and entertainment industry. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large amounts of data in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll DoEnter and maintain copyright and publishing information within internal systems
Process and standardize cue sheets for film and television productions
Review documents and identify music publishing ownership information
Support data tracking and reporting related to film and TV music usage
Work closely with coordinators and team leads to ensure data accuracy
Identify and escalate any data discrepancies or processing issues
Maintain organized records and meet daily productivity goals
Must-Have Skills
Strong data entry and administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines quickly and accurately
Strong analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly
Background or interest in music, entertainment, film, or television
Light Adobe experience
Previous experience working with metadata, publishing, or rights administration
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Driven and proactive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stay focused while handling repetitive tasks with accuracy
Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Work Model: Hybrid (Monday-Wednesday onsite, Thursday-Friday remote)
Schedule: Flexible start time between 7:30 AM-9:30 AM | 8-hour shifts
Type: Contract / Temp Role
Pay Range: $16-$18/hour
