Data Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst 4 (Global Sales Planning)

Location: Beaverton, OR (On-site, 4 days/week)

Pay Rate: Up to $58/hour

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to support a Global Sales Planning function within a large, matrixed organization.

This role focuses on transforming complex data into clear, executive-ready insights while driving alignment across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and managing deliverables tied to key business planning cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive alignment across Sales, Finance, Planning, and regional teams to ensure a consistent view of business performance
• Support planning cycles by coordinating inputs, managing timelines, and building executive-ready materials
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Validate and reconcile data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Build high-quality presentations for leadership reviews and business updates
• Support reporting processes, including ownership of timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Analysis, or Strategy
• Strong experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
• Proven ability to analyze data and develop clear business narratives
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis or reporting
• Experience supporting executive presentations or business reviews
