Customer Service Support in Wayzata, MN.
Job Title: Customer Service Support 3 – Customer Enabling
Pay Rate:$25-$27.99/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST)
- Flexibility required to start at 7:00 AM on some days
- 40 hours/week (no overtime)
Job Type: Contract
Location: Wayzata, MN.
Work Model:
- Initial onsite training for approximately 2 weeks
- Transition to hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, flexible)
Dress Code: Business casual
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Support professional to assist with customer enabling activities within the order management process. This role focuses on ensuring smooth order intake, processing, and fulfillment while supporting a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and support order management activities
- Assist with order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment
- Identify and help resolve potential issues in internal order processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to confirm credit, contracts, pricing, inventory, and logistics availability
- Provide updates to internal stakeholders on order status and issues
- Generate and maintain order-related documentation
- Resolve clerical and administrative issues following established procedures
- Provide insights on order status, invoices, and contract balances
- Handle complex support issues with minimal supervision and escalate when necessary
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with ticketing systems
