Russell Tobin is looking for driven and detail-oriented professionals to join a fast-paced financial services / banking support team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who thrive in high-volume inbound call environments and enjoy helping customers solve problems quickly and efficiently.
📍 On-site | South Jordan, UT
📅 6–12 Month Contract
💲 $21–$22/hour
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle high-volume inbound calls related to customer accounts
• Provide fast, accurate, and professional phone support / client support while meeting KPIs
• Assist clients with account access, mobile apps, and general customer inquiries
• Resolve issues with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer experience
• Perform data entry and document interactions in CRM systems
• Multitask across multiple systems in a fast-paced call center / contact center environment
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Call Center Representative,
OR a college degree (one required)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs / performance metrics
• Comfortable handling back-to-back calls in a high-volume environment
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and reliable
Nice to Have:
• Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or technical support / help desk
• Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing systems, or customer support tools
