About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, customer-focused Project Manager to support a new program launch for a major Southern California organization. This role is ideal for a PM who thrives in fast-paced, detail-driven environments and enjoys guiding customers through structured processes.
You will manage customer onboarding activities, ensure documents and requirements are complete, maintain accurate project data, and provide regular status updates to internal teams and external customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-through, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with accuracy.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary customer contact, guiding individuals and businesses through onboarding steps
- Review, verify, and track required documents and submissions
- Enter and maintain accurate data across multiple internal systems
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and dependencies
- Generate status updates and reports for stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams
- Support project activities including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Participate in team meetings and provide project status updates
- Assist with ad-hoc data reviews and reporting needs
What You Bring
- 4-5 years of Project Management or Program/Project Analyst experience
- Experience interacting directly with customers, clients, or stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with process-driven work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
- Experience with enterprise systems (CRM, SAP, Access, or similar) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work onsite two days per week (required)
Salary : $40 - $45
