Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Interactive Content Producer to lead the end-to-end creation, production, and publishing of digital training and sales enablement content for a global audience. This is a dual-focused role combining content production expertise with technical publishing operations across CMS platforms and internal tools.
The role requires strong ownership of the full content lifecycle—from briefing and production through QA, publishing, and post-launch validation—while working closely with cross-functional teams including writers, designers, developers, and program stakeholders.
Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension
Location: Cupertino, CA
Work Model: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Lead production of interactive training and sales enablement content from concept to final delivery
- Translate briefs and product inputs into structured, audience-focused content experiences
- Manage multiple concurrent production workflows, timelines, and asset tracking
- Publish and maintain content across CMS and internal publishing platforms
- Ensure all content meets editorial, legal, accessibility, and brand standards
- Perform QA and validation of content across staging and live environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and engineering
- Troubleshoot publishing and platform issues in partnership with technical teams
- Support localization and regional publishing requirements
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and workflow efficiency
- Provide feedback to improve internal tools and publishing systems
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in content production, publishing, or content operations in a technical environment
- Strong experience with CMS platforms, web applications, and content systems
- Deep understanding of content production workflows from brief to publish
- Strong QA, proofreading, and content accuracy skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally across global teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating interactive or digital customer-facing content (e.g., guided selling tools)
- Familiarity with localization and global publishing workflows
- Background in instructional design, editorial, or sales enablement content
- Experience working with technical teams on platform improvements and tooling feedback
