🔬 What You’ll Do:
• Develop and maintain ingredient specifications
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, HACCP)
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Procurement teams
• Manage supplier documentation and ingredient data
• Support projects like cost savings, supplier updates, and product improvements
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in food/beverage (R&D or Quality) or relevant internship
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Experience with SOPs, regulatory standards, and Excel
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
