Account Representative

Russell Tobin is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Representative to join our client's team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who are comfortable handling customer conversations, resolving delinquent accounts, and working in a fast-paced banking environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the financial services industry while working in a hybrid setting.

Job Details

• 📍 Location: Hybrid – Hales Corners, WI
• 📅 Employment Type: Contract
• 💲 Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hour (W-2)
• 🕒 Schedule:
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4 days per week)
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1 day per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Contact delinquent loan customers daily using an auto-dialer or direct outbound calls to resolve past-due accounts.
• Handle inbound collection calls and transfer customers to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Accurately document customer conversations, account updates, and resolutions in the system.
• Collect delinquent accounts while following department procedures and compliance standards.
• Meet department goals by helping customers resolve outstanding balances and reducing bank risk.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, collections, or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and empathetically.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Banking or financial services experience is a plus, but not required.
