Job Title:  Organizational Change Management Consultant
Location: Alhambra, CA  - Onsite  
Duration: 12 Months  
Pay Range:  $60 to $65 per hour (DOE)
 
Job Description:

• Lead enterprise-wide organizational change management initiatives supporting large-scale transformation programs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, adoption plans, and readiness assessments.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, executive alignment, and communication planning across multiple business units.
• Design and deliver training programs, coaching sessions, and organizational readiness activities.
• Conduct impact assessments and develop strategies to manage resistance and increase user adoption.
• Partner closely with PMO teams, project managers, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support project governance activities and program-level change management initiatives.
• Monitor change effectiveness through KPIs, metrics, feedback mechanisms, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Facilitate governance processes and ensure successful implementation of organizational, process, policy, and technology changes.
• Manage multiple stakeholder groups while delivering measurable business outcomes and sustainable organizational change.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• PMP Certification from PMI (Required).
• Prosci Change Management Certification (Required).
• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) preferred.
• ITIL 4 Strategic Leader Certification (or higher) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading organizational change management initiatives.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting process improvements, system implementations, policy changes, and organizational restructures.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing and executing communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting PMO, project governance, and enterprise change management programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Schedule: 4 Days / 40 Hours per Week (Monday – Thursday, 10-Hour Days)
