Job Title: Oracle ARCS Developer – Transaction Matching

Location: Remote, with travel to Richmond, VA once per month for 4–5 days
Employment Type: 9-Month W2 Contract, with potential extension based on performance
Pay Rate: $75–$90/hour, depending on experience
 

Russell Tobin is seeking an experienced Oracle ARCS Developer – Transaction Matching to support a high-impact Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service implementation for a leading professional services client. This role is primarily remote, with required travel to Richmond, VA approximately once per month for 4–5 days.

This project is already in flight, and the selected consultant will join during the build phase. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying Oracle ARCS solutions, with a strong focus on transaction matching modules and Data Management.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of Oracle ARCS solutions.
• Design and develop ARCS transaction matching modules.
• Build ARCS compliance reconciliation and transaction matching functionality.
• Build data integrations using Oracle Data Management.
• Participate in workshops and collaborate regularly with stakeholders, business owners, and project teams.
• Support new application development efforts, with approximately 90% of the role focused on build/development work.
• Participate in client discussions and workshops, representing approximately 10% of the role.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, accountability, and communication throughout the project.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience deploying Oracle ARCS solutions.
• Must have Oracle ARCS experience, including at least 3 projects involving the design and development of ARCS transaction matching modules.
• Experience with Oracle ARCS Data Management, including at least 2 projects using Data Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to participate in stakeholder workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle ARCS certification.
• Accounting knowledge or experience working with accounting, reconciliation, or financial close processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Oracle EPM or financial systems implementations.

• This is a W2 contract opportunity through Russell Tobin.
• Role is remote, with expected onsite travel to Richmond, VA once per month for 4–5 days.
