Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy & Excellence:
- Define, document, and continuously optimize global moderation and screening processes specifically tailored for online interpersonal safety, child safety, and illegal content.
- Policy Operationalization: Partner closely with Policy Leads to translate new policies into clear, actionable, and scalable operational plans, ensuring practical implementation across our moderation teams.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure operational processes meet stringent regulatory requirements globally, providing robust data readiness, supporting audits, and troubleshooting compliance-related issues.
- Performance & Metrics: Define, develop, and ensure the attainment of key performance indicators (KPIs) for user reporting and content screening, driving continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key operational partner, collaborating with Legal Counsel, Product & Engineering, Policy Leads, and Investigations teams to ensure seamless execution of safety initiatives.
- Systems & Tools: Provide insights and requirements to inform policy optimizations and the systems roadmap, working with Product Managers, Technical Engineering Program Managers, and Engineers to translate business needs into technical requirements for moderation tools and platforms.
- Innovation: Champion an innovative mindset, challenging conventional approaches to moderation and screening operations to develop best-in-class solutions.
Minimum Qualifications :
- 4 years of experience enacting moderation or content screening operations.
- Proven track record of process, operational readiness, and workflow development in global operations, ideally covering multiple countries and languages.
- Ability to operationalize policies into clear, executable processes. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- A hands-on approach, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
