Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Scale Market Manager to support a fast-growing Hotels organization within a leading global platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-driven, partner-facing environment and enjoys building and scaling strategic relationships. You will play a key role in expanding and optimizing hotel supply within your assigned territory while driving overall market performance.
This position sits at the intersection of sales, account management, and market strategy, partnering cross-functionally to deliver strong business outcomes and exceptional partner experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Market Growth & Supply Acquisition
• Own the expansion and health of hotel supply within your assigned territory
• Prospect, onboard, and convert high-quality hotel partners
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies to drive market growth
• Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities
Account Management & Partner Success
• Build, manage, and grow relationships with hotel partners
• Conduct regular business reviews and optimization calls
• Provide hands-on support and strategic guidance to partners
• Ensure high partner satisfaction and long-term engagement
Data-Driven Strategy & Execution
• Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance
• Analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution in a dynamic environment
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with internal teams including Product, Legal, Communications, and Support
• Align on initiatives that drive market success and improve partner experience
• Share market insights and feedback to influence internal strategy
Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or partner success
• Proven ability to manage pipelines and grow a book of business
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Must-Have Skills
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results independently
• Experience working with data to inform decisions
Nice to Have
• Experience in the tech or travel industry
• Background in marketplace or platform-based businesses
• Familiarity with hospitality or hotel partnerships
• Travel required within assigned territory (approximately quarterly)
