Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Doraville, GA. The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, and developing strategies to grow the client base. The role involves building and nurturing client relationships, delivering presentations, and providing excellent customer service to address client needs and ensure satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams and contributing to achieving organizational sales goals are key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Market Research
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Experience with Lead Generation and implementing effective strategies
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships with a proactive and results-oriented approach
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools is a plus
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related field is preferred
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
