What You’ll Do
- Install seasonal color and flowers at commercial properties
- Perform planting, mulching, bed preparation, and cleanup
- Assist with loading and unloading plants, materials, and equipment
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow direction from Crew Leaders and complete jobs safely and efficiently
- Help maintain clean and professional job sites
- Occasionally assist with landscape enhancements or maintenance projects
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of landscape or planting experience preferred (we’ll train the right person)
- Ability to operate basic landscape equipment (blowers, trimmers, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
